Personal Assistant - PRS - Permanent - Full time, 35 hours per week- Hybrid -Office location: Stratford, 26,198 to 31,500 depending on experienceOffice based 20-40%Closing date for completed applications: 29th November 2022Interviews will be held on: 6th December via Microsoft TeamsWe have a new exciting opportunity within our PRS division (Private Rental Sector).We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide proactive, professional support to the senior management team and PRS & Commercial Director.
  • In this role you will be the first point of contact for the PRS & Commercial Director meeting requests and emails, you will also arrange and manage meetings invitations both internally and externally including dealing with external parties, making travel arrangements as required, managing itineraries effectively and minute taking.
  • You will support the PRS & Commercial Director and wider PRS department by following up on key actions and data, as well as dealing with escalated Customer enquiries and complaints as required, and liaising with other senior people internally to provide satisfactory communication and information.
  • You will be responsible for the production and distribution of reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Director as required. You will also be the lead for departmental events.
  • To be successful in this role it is essential that you have relevant PA/Administration experience gained within a fast-paced environment. Demonstrable experience of working in a highly confidential environment is essential as is a high level of trust and professionalism. This role would suit someone who is composed, considered and who has exceptional attention to detail. You will need to demonstrate that you have managed a busy workload and be used to meeting deadlines. MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel will all be used on a daily basis.
  • You will be an integral part of the team and will be expected to work alongside other personal assistants and team administrators across the organisation, to ensure the PRS division is able to deliver on its wide range of projects and ongoing requirements.
