We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Sales Advisor to work Fourteen hours a week at our store in Wimborne, to include Saturdaysand one other day. Overtime and holiday cover available.

Who are we looking for?
You will have good organisational and communication skills and enjoy giving great customer service and achieving goals. Preference will be towards candidates with a solid retail background in clothing, footwear or outdoorwear and equipment sales. To fulfil this exciting role you will possess excellent customer service skills which you will have gained within a retail environment. You must have the following qualities:

• Experience relevant in High Street retail
• Excellent customer services skills
• Excellent sales skills
• Well presented
• Flexible
• Must be available for holiday/sale cover
• Good communication skills
• IT Literate
• Team player with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Approachable

About the role
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and set exemplary standards in the shop at all times. They will enjoy dealing with our customers in a friendly and efficient manner and will always be happy to help with any queries they may have. They will also be able to motivate and inspire other members of the sales team in order to achieve shop targets, ensure the stockrooms are maintained to a high standard, and also that the shop is clean, neat and tidy at all times.

May have to lift heavy products and parcels
Be capable of clear and concise written and verbal communication
Be an excellent timekeeper. Have full awareness of security issues, (e.g. stock loss prevention)
Give advice and suggestions where required
Engage with the customer and make them feel welcome
