More About Your Role

We are recruiting a Performance Analyst to work in this relatively new team to collate, analyse, interpret, present data on delivery performance for Places for People Scotland. You will also support and advise relevant teams to support their day-to-day operations as required and efficiently map, source and identify data from multiple data sources and range of systems for this business area.

More About You

We are looking for someone who has a real passion for data and understands the role it can play in helping businesses make impactful decisions. You will have previous experience of data manipulation and consider your Excel skills to be advanced.  As a skilled communicator you’ll feel comfortable presenting to stakeholders, and you’ll enjoy developing positive working relationships. 

Above all you will be someone with a keen eye for detail, able to spot errors and have the tenacity to investigate issues and find why something isn’t reporting as expected.

This role is Agile/homes based, although there will be the requirement to travel to one of our national offices as and when required.
