Are you an HR professional looking for your next challenge? This could be at Astraline, one of the UK’s leading providers of technology-enabled care services, supporting over 70,000 customers to live longer in their own homes. Part of the Johnnie Johnson Housing family, we work closely with other housing associations and social health care professionals.

We’re looking for someone who is a confident HR professional, who has or is working towards a Level 5 CIPD qualification and who ideally has experience of HR operations within a contact centre. Managing the full people lifecycle, you will also contribute towards HR policies, guidelines, and leaders’ toolkits. It would be great if you had a working knowledge of TUPE and business transfers. This is an exciting and varied role with the opportunity to be involved with developing and training colleagues too.

You’ll need to be able to influence and build relationships with people at all levels, you will enjoy working at pace, with colleagues across the business and have experience of using a people system to produce and analyse people metrics to spot trends to make improvements. Previous experience in a ‘stand-alone’ HR role is desirable, but not essential. Whilst working directly in the Astraline operation and being a part of our team, you will also have the support from the wider HR team within Johnnie Johnson Housing, our parent company.
