Multi-site People Consultant

Location: South West with Travel - Hybrid working

Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time

Hours: 37.5

Salary: £34,000 to £39,000 (DOE) + Car allowance

The main purpose of this role is to support the Head of People to deliver the People strategy across the business unit and provide credible, high-quality coaching, training, and HR advice to their people managers. In addition they would want you to partner with and support managers to manage all aspects of day-to-day operational business requirements for the business unit.

Responsibilities
  • Implement, and embed the learning and development strategy for the Record Management Business Unit and align with collaboration the activities related to the Great Place to Work Plan
  • Coach and advise managers to resolve ER issues effectively and build their team members capability
  • Collate and produce accurate and reliable people MI for the business and work with the Head of People to develop strategies for improvement
  • Enable the business to attract and retain the very best talent and support their Great Place to Work people plan
  • Provide support and guidance as required by the Business Unit people strategy, supporting managers to design and develop the most effective function to best meet present and future business needs
About You
  • CIPD Level 5 preferable
  • Experience of developing and delivering training across a multi-site environment
  • Working knowledge of TUPE legislation and experience of managing acquisition integrations
  • Excellent coaching skills, especially around the ability to give and receive feedback
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
