Our People Business Partner helps to shape our people culture. You will work closely with the business to understand local needs and develop people plans, with a focus on change management, culture and diversity & inclusion. You will be instrumental in helping our businesses follow HR best practice.

How will you do this?

Joining our busy People Team, you will use your ability to influence as you advise our leaders on attraction, succession and retention. You will also support the business with your knowledge of TUPE and due diligence

An experienced HR Business Partner with organisational design knowledge , you will either be CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or have relevant demonstrable experience, and have previously worked within a large, fast paced and complex environment

A natural relationship builder you know how to encourage a people centric culture and be a mentor and coach to your colleagues in the team. Flexible in your approach, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver against the main objectives for your business area, whilst taking ownership of embedding HR solutions across the business.

Always proactive, you support the employee lifecycle by looking for ways to improve colleague and manager experience. With change management as one of your strengths, you will help the roll out of HR projects and organisational change programmes as well as driving delivery of the HR strategy.
