About us

We are a small but growing technology business with operations in the UK (Oxfordshire), Spain, Germany and France with further overseas expansion in the pipeline. Our success and future depends largely on our values and the calibre of our team. You will be the first dedicated People/Talent person to join the team and you will take ownership of all people-related activity with a focus on recruitment, on-boarding, talent development, employee engagement, fulfilment, and happiness.

About the Role

As the People & Culture Manager, you will support a dynamic leadership team and manage all people aspects of our business. This is a new role so there is scope to develop the role over time, but the initial focus will be spread across 3 core areas:

Talent

  • A primary focus of the role will be to manage and coordinate all resourcing (search, selection and recruitment) across the various office locations primarily using social media and job boards but with occasional use of specialist recruitment partners.
  • You will also coordinate all learning and development across the business working closely with members of the leadership team. We have our own internal Clearview Academy, and you will play a key role in developing this initiative.
  • You will help to drive employee fulfilment, happiness and engagement and build on the Company’s recent accreditation of Great Place to Work and help to build the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

Culture

  • Be a shaper and implementer for our Company values and nurture our culture as we continue to grow in a world of hybrid working across different European locations.
  • Manage the onboarding of new colleagues and help them quickly assimilate our culture and values.
  • Help us maintain high levels of employee happiness and engagement and act as the focal point for company events.
  • Have input on our CSR and ESG activities.

Wellbeing

  • Support and coach the leadership team on wellbeing, so they in turn can ensure they are ready and able to support their own team’s wellbeing.
  • Be the primary contact for our external providers of health and wellbeing services.

About you

  • You will have relevant experience in a recruitment or HR-related role with experience of some or all aspects of the employee life cycle.
  • Much of the recruitment activity will be of a technical nature and whilst you don’t need a tech background you will need to be comfortable with technology.
  • You will be comfortable using technology and be familiar with social media and professional community and learning platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, etc.
  • You are a quick learner, and you are comfortable with all forms of digital learning.
  • Proven problem-solving, communication and influencing skills.
  • Commercial mindset with ability to develop in the role as the business grows.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent people and communication skills.
  • A positive and energetic approach.

What We Offer
