Our Global People & Culture Team are totally focused on culture, coaching and supporting managers to create that buzz that makes our people want to be part of an exciting future as we transform healthcare through smart technology within a geographically dispersed organisation.

We need an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to bolster our small existing UK team to accelerate the delivery of our Global People & Culture Strategy. This will include:

  • Consulting with our business leaders and management teams to foster and promote the engagement of our core values at all levels
  • Managing the functional delivery of all generalist people & culture activities covering multiple areas of HR
  • Acting as a point of contact and providing strategic advice for all leadership and employees for people & culture matters in the UK
  • Implementing, managing and monitoring People & Culture policy and Work Health, Safety and WHS activities in line with legislative and organisational requirements
  • Assisting management and leadership to resolve employee relation issues, conducting effective investigations, and recommending action for sensitive and complex situations
  • Delivering People & Culture project outcomes where required in the areas of onboarding & offboarding, leadership, learning, development, career pathways, strategic workforce planning (SWP) and capability, organisational design, WHS, performance management, analytics, reporting and payroll
  • Supporting Recruitment Activity – ensuring all websites are up to date with all current vacancies and liaising with recruitment partners to ensure appropriate candidates are being secured and hired
  • Provision of continuous improvement in line with HR best practice for all aspects of P&C delivery, policy and process
  • Provision of monthly reporting and analysis on turnover, headcount, diversity, and other ad hoc requirements
  • Supporting the development and deployment of our organisation wide career path and job family model
  • Ensuring all teams have succession plans in place based upon skills matrices and capability assessment and feed this into the organisation capability plan
  • Partnering with the UK management team and in collaboration with the Group People & Culture team deliver a number of strategic projects in line with our Group People & Culture Strategy designed to increase employee engagement.

Ideally you will have previous experience as a Senior HR Business Partner (together with CIPD Level 5) or similar role within the tech industry, with great ideas about how we can continue to improve our great culture and build towards world class levels of employee engagement.

If you love creating policies and policing them then this probably isn’t the role for you.
