Requirements

  • Role model the Universally Speaking Values and Behaviours treating employees as Adults, Individuals and Customers.
  • Act as a first point of contact for both internal and external enquiries - proactively responding to all enquiries and escalating as appropriate. Delivering a great employee experience and support service.
  • Payroll - working with the internally teams to prepare payroll and notify of relevant starters, leavers and changes. Supporting employees with payroll queries and ensuring quality.
  • Supporting the onboarding experience with new starters with Inductions, preparing assets and checking right to work documentation.
  • Assisting People Operations with administrative duties and transactional work.
  • Creating and performing monthly data audits, recording data quality issues and actioning changes.
  • Support with time and attendance and employee data management.

Measures of performance:


  • Accurate on time delivery of Payroll
  • Accurate data input and quality service.
  • All People Ops services are delivered within agreed SLAs
  • Key project deliverable and benefits are realised within agreed timescales
