The ITV Pensions team in Preston is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the ITV PensionSchemes for its members. The team use their expertise to administer and monitor all aspects of the Scheme.
We have an excellent opportunity for a Pension Administrator within our busy Pensions Department to support the day-to-day delivery of all pension related activities. You’ll be a key member of the team, dealing with a wide range of pension queries.
Main duties include: -
- Administer pensions for thousands of members.
- Support colleagues and members to help them understand their ITV pensions and benefits
these schemes provide.
- Visit company sites, providing pension drop in sessions.
- Explain to members their benefit options at retirement. This will include, calculating benefits
and providing supporting documentation for members to make informed decisions at retirement
- Dealing with beneficiaries when members die and processing any death benefits due.
- Accurately calculating, processing and checking pension sharing orders for divorce purposes.
- Liaising with third parties such as HM Revenue and Customs, the Schemes Actuaries and
Lawyers.
- Any ad-hoc project work as required.
- Communicate with colleagues, employees and members by phone, email, and letters
Minimum criteria:-
- Good numerical skills with Analytical thinking
- Reliable administration skills with an ability to work accurately and to deadlines

- Good interpersonal skills, both written & verbal communication including a confident
telephone manner
- A keen eye for detail when processing documentation
- Good organisational and planning skills and a team player.
