Our core business is the provision of services to trustees of UK occupational pension schemes such as DB, DC, CARE and cash balance.

We have a bespoke pension administration system called Penstream and we are about to embark on a major project to upgrade it. The Penstream team onboard new clients, undertake business as usual pension systems work and test and check data.

You will undertake new client systems installations and administration process automations. You will also provide day-to-day technical support for pension administration systems. You’ll be responsible for the research and development of solutions to new or unknown issues, including testing and making recommendations. You’ll be required to attend meetings and provide system demonstrations with providers, clients and prospects. You’ll also train and support colleagues.

You will have a background in DB or DC pension administration with a flair for systems or a desire to move into more of a systems based role.

You’ll need to have minimum of GCSE Grade "5" or "C" Maths and English.

You will have a strong understandng of Microsoft Office programmes, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook.

You will be a team player with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Ideally you will have a pension administration qualification.
