The Colleague Services payroll specialist is responsible for working with our outsourcing partners, ensuring all payroll input is supplied to them accurately and within the agreed timeline. Payroll specialists ensure the quality of service and operational performance by working within the documented processes, rules and any appropriate metrics/IT systems.

What will you do?

• Calculation of payroll input data where appropriate
• Ensuring all payments are successfully managed in a timely way (employee, third party and statutory)
• Preparing and distributing payroll reports to internal and external customers
• Preparing all tax year end reports in accordance with country legislation
• Providing first line support for all payroll and tax relates queries
• Maintaining payroll manuals and related payroll instructions
• Supporting our Field HR Generalist group with ad-hoc requests & projects
• Developing process improvement within assigned countries and beyond

• Experience and Technical knowledge of end to end payroll processing.
• Experience of working within a Shared Service / payroll function or commercial business environment
• Strong MS Office skills
• Ability to provide an excellent customer experience to ensure all payroll queries are managed effectively
• Strong organisational skills for time and task management
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
• Understanding of the Danish language preferred but not required
