Payroll Specialist

If you’ve got experience in the payroll world and working with have a keen eye for detail, then read on – we’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to join us at our head office in Crick.

You’ll work closely helping to support the backbone of our business; our central payroll function. Liaising with all areas of the business to ensure all payments and deductions are carried out correctly & handling any problems that arise in a timely manner.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of between £23,000 and £27,000 per annum (depending on knowledge and experience). In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• 
  Entering and maintaining all payroll and employee information onto ADP GV.
• Ensuring all data feeds for reporting are correct and up to date. Picking up any discrepancies as they arise and making any alterations in a timely manner.
• Supporting all reports to individual sites and key stakeholders.
• Managing all tickets (requests) on our internal systems, prioritising urgent tickets where necessary.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• 
  At least 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced payroll function.
• Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge in all MO applications
• Experience of using ADP GV and SAP system
