There’s a great payroll team here missing a member and if you have the experience they would love you to join them! You would be the fourth member in a team that handles a large (very!) group payroll - so there’s always something to do and a deadline to meet! You will be working on 4 different payrolls - 3 weekly and 1 monthly. And then there is the Fleet Admin - it’s a big fleet - cars and vans. Best of all you will be joining a well-established and well respected company - a family firm so even though it is a large organisation family values are upheld throughout the company. Day to Day you will: Make third party payments Ensure PAYE is accurately process and paid Weekly and Monthly costing are completed for The Accounts Department Inputting new starters and leavers on the system Timesheets for monthly and weekly payrolls Wage reconciliations for payrolls Commissions, bonuses and expenses Overtime payments Reconciliation of payroll Supporting the Fleet Supervisor with fleet admin When required assisting HR team with offer letters and contracts You will be using the I-Trent payroll system - but training can be given There is ongoing support and training and the opportunity for career development is there for you.
