The firm acts for wide ranging clients in sector and turnovers with their payroll department acting for a wide spectrum of clients.

Job Description

Joining as a Payroll Manager based in the firms offices in Falmouth with a mix of hybrid working on offer 2 - 3 days working from home to office involvement, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of payroll services (weekly / monthly etc ) to a significant number of client payrolls, deal with queries and advice clients on technical issues and assist with new client payroll implementations. As you develop within the firm and role, alongside managing the delivery of payroll services to clients you will work with the firms directors looking to expand and develop the firms payroll advisory function alongside as part of your role as well, looking to add value advising clients on payroll software for example.

You will carve a role within the firms payroll department building relationships with clients and managing the payroll team as a key addition.

The Successful Applicant

You may have an ideal career background developed within an accountancy practice/bureau environment as a Senior Payroll Administrator / Payroll Manager, or you will come with experience within industry focused on payroll delivery, working with significant numbers of employees, processing and delivery an efficient and quality payroll service and be operating around the Payroll Manager levels.
