We are looking for a proactive Payroll/HR Administrator to support our Business Partners in UK & Ireland. You will be involved in all key payroll processes and will support the team with all HR administration processes. You will need a can-do attitude and be eager to learn.

Tasks

Your Payroll/ HR responsabilities include the following:
To process monthly salaries and salary changes by collecting and submitting payroll data to our external payroll provider to a timely schedule.
To check the payroll to ensure for accuracy of data and that salaries comply with Lufthansa guidelines.
To monitor and understand payroll deductions.
To produce routine and ad-hoc salary reports.
To check payroll journal files.
To support the HR Department in all aspects of HR administrations.
Carry out all HR tasks within given guidelines and for the regional coordination of all HR topics across all of our Business Partners.
To produce HR change letters, employment offers and contracts and references.
To ensure that personnel systems are up-to-date (e.g. SAP HR database).
All other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

The ideal Payroll & HR Services Specialist must fulfill the following requirements:

A-level/High School Diploma or equivalent.
HR/Payroll-specific qualifications and/or several years of work experience in the field of Payroll/HR Administration.
Good knowledge of local employment legislation and social benefits.
Sound knowledge of Excel required.
Excellent knowledge of English required.
Experience of SAP desirable.
Pro-active and systematic approach to work.
Ability to recognize the contextual relationship.
Must be able to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
High degree of problem solving skills.
Poss. Psychological aptitude test.
