We are currently working with a really exciting retail business based in the Weatherby area to recruit an experienced Payroll & Benefits Supervisor to work within their great HR team. This is a really exciting role as the Payroll & Benefits supervisor leading a small team of payroll and benefits professionals. The role will be focused on both Monthly and weekly payrolls and will involve the full end to end payroll processing.

This is role within Payroll administration but will also be heavily involved in the benefits process, including month end and P11d processing as well as gender pay gap reporting. The company offer some excellent benefits.

Key Duties/Tasks
  • Processing an end-to-end inhouse payroll.
  • Benefits administration, including Gender Pay Gap reporting.
  • Processing both weekly and monthly payrolls for a large retail business.
Desirable Skills And Attributes
  • Must have experience within payroll administration, with experience of processing the full end to end payroll.
  • Full understanding of UK payroll legislation & Benefits administration.
  • Supervisory or management experience.
  • Experience processing payroll end to end.
  • Experienced Payroll administrator or Payroll Officer with Payroll team leader experience.
