Payroll Administrator (Temporary) - Full Time (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm)


You will be joining a forward-thinking family-owned business. A.F. Blakemore & Son Ltd is the 60th largest privately owned company in the UK. Key Tasks and Responsibiliites

Assist on payrolls run at various frequencies

Input / import and processing of payroll data

Input relevant data into Excel spreadsheets

Distribute payroll reports to internal and external customers

Administration work related to time & attendance system/Payroll/HR system and Access Control

Open post and distribute to relevant members of staff

Answer telephone queries


Skills / Abilities / Knowledge / Experience

Good standard of literacy and numerical skills Grade C maths or above,

Microsoft Word and databases

Ability to talk to staff at all levels

Ability to deal with internal and external customers

Ability to communicate effectively using email and telephone

Some payroll/office experience
