Concept Resources are working with a leading Telford business where they are looking to strengthen the payroll team with an experienced Payroller.- Processing of weekly and monthly payrolls to strict deadlines - weekly payroll is currently dormant but this might be used again at a later date.
- Ensuring the accurate collation and entry of data from multiple sites across the UK
- Ensuring all starter, leaver and amendment forms submitted by operations are completed and processed
- Maintenance of holiday pay entitlements
- Validating payroll information and pay runs.
- Maintaining accurate payroll records in accordance with GDPR
- Handling payroll queries from operations and providing assistance and support where required.
- Dealing with all employee and HMRC payroll queries
- Complete reference requests and forms in relation to JSA, CMS and AEO
- Processing Sick Pay, Maternity and Paternity Leave according to Statutory and Company rules
- Issue payslips and P45s
- Year end reporting and P60s
- Preparation of P11ds
- Providing BACS files for payments
- Providing journals and costing reports to finance
- Arrange advances
- Provide HR administration and support to the team on-site
