Concept Resources are working with a leading Telford business where they are looking to strengthen the payroll team with an experienced Payroller.
  • Processing of weekly and monthly payrolls to strict deadlines - weekly payroll is currently dormant but this might be used again at a later date.
  • Ensuring the accurate collation and entry of data from multiple sites across the UK
  • Ensuring all starter, leaver and amendment forms submitted by operations are completed and processed
  • Maintenance of holiday pay entitlements
  • Validating payroll information and pay runs.
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records in accordance with GDPR
  • Handling payroll queries from operations and providing assistance and support where required.
  • Dealing with all employee and HMRC payroll queries
  • Complete reference requests and forms in relation to JSA, CMS and AEO
  • Processing Sick Pay, Maternity and Paternity Leave according to Statutory and Company rules
  • Issue payslips and P45s
  • Year end reporting and P60s
  • Preparation of P11ds
  • Providing BACS files for payments
  • Providing journals and costing reports to finance
  • Arrange advances
  • Provide HR administration and support to the team on-site
