A manufacturing organisation based in Stonehouse is currently recruiting a Payroll and Accounts Administrator to join their team. Working for a well-established business that has a very good reputation in its industry, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career within this field. Duties will include:-Sales invoicing
  • Run report of loaded invoices and credit notes daily to check against bank account
  • Reconcile bank accounts on SAP
  • Run daily bank statements
  • Manage SAGE, add new hires and update
  • Manage weekly hours from both sites to review and approve any queries, upload report and process in Excel
  • Administer pension assessments
  • Check deductions as necessary
  • Support employees with queries
  • Process payroll and issue payslips Previous experience or working in both payroll and sales ledger is essential. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to work well within a team and be adept at multi-tasking
