Band 4 Pathology IT first line Support

The post holder will be part of a team responsible for providing IT support to the North Midlands & Cheshire Pathology Service (NMCPS).

They will be the first line of support for faults and queries relating to Pathology specific IT systems, software & hardware, escalating issues as required to the Pathology IT Systems & Data Administrators, IM&T Service desk and third party technical support as relevant.

Daily system housekeeping and administration will also be part of the role; especially with key systems notably CliniSys LabCentre, PathManager & ICE.
