Overview

The SEN Pastoral Support Worker will be responsible for providing emotional and behavioural support to students with special educational needs (SEN) within a school setting. The role requires an individual with a compassionate and empathetic personality who can offer guidance and support to students facing challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Providing one-to-one support to students with SEN who require emotional and behavioural support.
  • Developing and implementing behaviour support plans for students with SEN.
  • Liaising with parents, teachers, and other education professionals to ensure that students with SEN receive the necessary support and guidance.
Qualifications
  • experience working with students with SEN or Similar experience.
  • Experience in a relevant field such as counselling, psychology, or education.
  • Knowledge of SEN legislation and policies.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
