Summary

Required to start in September, on a permanent, 29.5 hours per week (negotiable when hours are to be delivered), time term time, 40 weeks per year basis. Starting salary £28,217 per annum pro rata to a part time term time salary £19,987 per annum.

We are looking to recruit someone who will
  • Support students with their academic progress and their emotional development and well being
  • Lead the programme to prepare students for progression to a higher level of qualification, employment and further training.
  • Remove barriers to learning
  • Monitor attendance and implement strategies to support where needed
  • Effectively manage behaviour – ensuring behaviour is outstanding within your year group
  • Liaise effectively with colleagues and appropriate external agencies
  • Have knowledge and understanding of all of the different groups of students within the cohort and plan and prepare appropriate interventions
  • Plan and run information sessions for parents to enable them to act as co-educators
