We are currently looking to recruit a Administrator to work in our busy Parts department at our Halesowen Commercial site on a part time basis for 12 months!

As a Parts Administrator within the Parts operation, you will play an important role in supporting the Parts team achieve their goals.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Parts Administrator Your Main Focus Will Be
  • Calculating and maintaining payments and records by accurately posting payments, and recording data on customer orders
  • Processing parts orders and returns, and liaising with Manufacturers in relation to back orders and parts returns etc.
  • Ensuring the administrative side of the parts department is kept up-to-date.
  • Any other duties as requested.
Please note that this is a Temporary position for 12 months.

Who Are We Looking for?

The Successful Candidate Will Have
  • Previous experience in an Administration role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A methodical and organised approach to their workload resulting in meeting deadlines.
  • The ability to work to a high level of accuracy.
  • A team player attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile.
Knowledge of automotive business processes as well as experience using Kerridge software is advantageous for this role.
