Based in Moreton our client is a payroll services provider who have built a reputation for providing a quality service to both recruitment agencies and contractors throughout the UK. This is a part time position with hours of 9 am to 3 pm (with 30 minutes unpaid lunch) Monday to Friday, total hours 27.5 As an Umbrella company, the client works to ensure contractors are paid correctly and on time. The role we are seeking to fill is an administrative within the finance and payroll team. Duties will largely comprise of the administration of payroll supporting the payroll team you will be trained in all aspects of payroll from end to end. The following is an overview of the tasks that you will be taught through on the job training and support to undertake formal magnifications.-Processing of payments through Sage 50cloud payroll & Sage 50 accounts.
  • Raising Customer Invoices/Credit notes.
  • Paying creditors & chasing debtors.
  • Compiling P32, VAT returns & CIS monthly returns.
  • Recoding Cash receipts/payments on Account
  • Speaking with clients regarding missing hours, payments, deductions.
  • Accurately setting up worker records. The Person.
  • A minimum of 2 years previous finance administrative experience
  • Proficient with excel having the ability to input data accurately.
