Teaching Assistant - Responsibilities

  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student participation and engagement.
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies, fostering a safe and supportive atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans for students with special educational needs or disabilities.
  • Support students during examinations, ensuring exam conditions are maintained and providing any necessary accommodations.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.
