North Devon Travel Clinic is a very busy clinic providing all travel needs from Covid-19 testing to leave and enter the UK to vaccinations for travel all over the world. We also provide immunisations. The Travel Clinic is situated within the multi disciplined and popular Tarka Clinic in the centre of Barnstaple town.

Job description

Administration and reception work in a very busy clinic, mainly answering phones, using diary systems and imputing data. Reception duties also to meet clients at the door, take temperatures and ensure social distancing due to Covid. Possibility of driving to take samples to be tested, so full clean driving licence preferred. Must be competent at using a computer (MacBook Air) and have the ability to use emails and social media. The role will involve the need for excellent communication skills and to be able to work competently on your own and also be part of a dedicated hard working team. Must have experience of similar role and be flexible and reliable.

Contract length: 3 months

The Clinic requires all staff and clients to wear a mask in communal area of the clinic. Temperature and hand sanitiser used by everyone at the door. All Clinicians wear full PPE during tests and consultations.
