A leading London design and architecture practice is looking for a permanent part-time PA (4 days per week Monday-Thursdays only from 9am – 5.30pm) to support the business and the directors on a private basis. The candidate needs to be a strong multi-tasker and excel in a fast-paced environment. You need to be friendly and astute with great people skills and possess a ‘muck in’ attitude. You will also be a great communicator and tech savvy with the ability to work across a number of office packages and pick up new systems quickly. The company has stunning, creative offices and you will join a team of dynamic, sociable and friendly colleagues.

This is a part-time position (4 days per week Monday-Thursdays only from 9am – 5.30pm) and this is office based. There is no remote option with this role.

Private PA (part-time)

− Support all personal administrative needs

− Property / facilities management and administration

− Administration support for growing art rental business

− Filing – organisational skills & proactive nature will be essential

− Household purchases / returns and credit cards

− Travel arrangements, reservations, ad-hoc personal errands

− Handling specific projects e.g. planning a trip, house move or event

− Sourcing suppliers and vendors

Business PA (part-time)

− Assist the Studio Director with (often confidential) office administration including New Business, PR and Finance

− Assisting with diary management, including travel arrangements

− Assist with admin projects and event organisation

− Directors’ Expenses – collated and passed to accounts

− Misc. tasks – updating contacts, answering the telephone, filing, booking travel/accommodation

Skills / Experience

− Previous PA experience or strong admin position – 2-3 years +

− Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint (working knowledge of InDesign would be advantageous)

− You will need to be experienced, confident, a problem solver and calm under pressure
