A growing acquisitive business has an exciting opportunity for Part-time HR Business Partner. Working with the HR Director you will assist in running a busy HR function.

Duties include:

· Dealing with day-today queries for all HR related matters.

· Supporting employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing activities across the business

· Working with the HR Director on project and development activities across the company

· Assisting line managers with absence management and performance management guidance and best practice

To be considered you will ideally be degree educated with CIPD Level 5 and currently working in a similar position. This is a fantastic business to work for who have a wealth of resources to develop your career. This is position is parttime, ideally looking for someone 21 to 29 hours however this is flexible. There is a car allowance with this package. Salary is pro rata.
