We are looking for a part-time Head of Finance to join a driven team and provide the company with the financial leadership needed to ensure we have a robust financial operation, continuously improve our financial performance, and ensure we are fully compliant.

As Head of Finance, you will be responsible for managing the finance team and providing the CEO, Board, and Senior Leadership team with financial advice and guidance regarding commercial and strategic decisions.

The successful candidate will be required to manage a varied range of responsibilities which will include driving all reporting processes and ensuring the delivery of timely and accurate financial information the production of monthly and annual accounts annual budgeting and forecasting cash forecasting and management and any required bank and investor information.

Requirements

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, with a solid track record and accounting knowledge

A good depth of understanding of financial reporting and regulations

Strong attention to detail but also able to think strategically

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong line management and organisational leadership skills

Experience of working with leadership team level

Ability and desire to work in an ever-evolving and fast-paced environment

Ideally, previous FMCG industry experience
