FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF

Location: The Eala Bhan, Pollokshaws Road, Glasgow

Job type: Part time (around 16 hours per week). Although shift patterns will vary, they will be mainly evenings and weekends

Salary: £9 per hour (after the probation of 6 weeks) plus tips

We are looking for two enthusiastic individuals to join our front of house team on a part time basis at the Eala Bhan.

As a team member of the Desirable Bar Group, reporting to your manager, you will:

- be responsible for all the daily operations relative to your area of work (take orders from customers, table service, setup and close the bar and dining area, keep the bar area, tables and dining area clean and tidy, inform your manager of any low stock levels, make sure your uniform is presentable)

- serve food and drinks, interact with customers and recommend products, recognise your regulars

Requirements:

- Strong customer service skills

- Experience in a similar role

- Food service experience

- Good organisational skills

- A team player
