We are looking for a customer service adviser for our depot based in Dewsbury.

You will be working for one of the largest transport companies in the UK.

Your Main Duties Are
  • Working with external suppliers/carriers to resolve distribution queries
  • Updating loads with Proof of Delivery and chasing for missing documents
  • Claim handling
  • Confidently resolve queries through email and phone calls.
You must be comfortable working with excel spreadsheets and other Microsoft packages.

Customer service experience is desired.

This is a part time role the hours are 0800 to 1330 Monday to Wednesday. Extra working hours may be available as and when needed.
