A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Customer Service Advisor to join the team of one of our fast-growing clients based in Stonehouse. This is great time to join the company as they are on the route to an exciting new journey.

The successful individual wont need particular industry experience, so long as you have customer service skills, are enthusiastic and able to pick up new IT systems quickly and be a competent Microsoft Office user.

Key Responsibilities - Part Time Customer Service Advisor
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all customers and handling enquiries via telephone, face to face and email
  • Greet new clients
  • Supporting the customer and providing them with updates
  • Where appropriate, promoting and actively selling the companys products
  • Account management
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop front
  • Stock-taking
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks
Hours; 24 Hours Per Week. 3 out of 7 days including every other Saturday (9am - 5pm)

Salary; 10.57ph
