Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a growing Financial Services client based in the Middlesbrough and Stockton area. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding business as a part time Administrator working 20 hours remote working.Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Chasing clients for outstanding documents
- Updating case notes
- Building a good relationship with all clients
- Delivering an outstanding service when speaking with clients
- Assisting customers with any guidance and advice
- Entering customer data ensuring excellent levels of accuracy
- Responsible for processing and managing paperwork
- Previous customer service experience
- Confident and well-spoken telephone manner
- A caring and empathetic manner
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills, planning and organisation skills
- Monday - Friday 20 hours flexible of days and times
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
- Statutory pension scheme
