Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a growing Financial Services client based in the Middlesbrough and Stockton area. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding business as a part time Administrator working 20 hours remote working.

Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
  • Chasing clients for outstanding documents
  • Updating case notes
  • Building a good relationship with all clients
  • Delivering an outstanding service when speaking with clients
  • Assisting customers with any guidance and advice
  • Entering customer data ensuring excellent levels of accuracy
  • Responsible for processing and managing paperwork

Skills/Experience Required
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Confident and well-spoken telephone manner
  • A caring and empathetic manner
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills, planning and organisation skills
