Your next opportunity:
Nigel Wright are delighted to be supporting a successful business in their search for a Part Time Credit Controller. Working 20 hours per week on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is based in Peterlee.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for debt collection across the client base
- Handling account queries, and assisting with resolution for customers.
- Opening new accounts
- Running credit reports
- Handling over the phone payments
- Assisting with legal proceedings on accounts
- Highly experienced in credit control
- Excellent in communication
- Comfortable managing high volume workloads
- Able to be office based when full office operations are available
- Strong in IT and have clear attention to detail
