Post-Completions Paralegal - Property Team

Stourbridge

3 days per week (ideally Wednesday-Friday)

Salary up to £24,000 per annum pro-rata plus bonus & benefits

We are working with a Lexcel and CQS accredited multi-office law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Post-Completions Paralegal to support their highly successful property team based in Stourbridge.

The role will involve:

• Answering the telephone and dealing proactively with a range of queries
• Updating and following up clients and third parties by telephone and email
• Undertaking post duties
• Undertaking LMS, Lender exchange, help to buy and help buy ISA
• Closing files on case management system
• Submitting Land Registry applications
• Responding to requisitions
• Completion of schedules
• Ensuring compliance with SRA, Lexcel etc

Suitable candidates will have:

• A minimum of 6 months’ experience in a post-completions role
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience of using a case management system
• A desire to learn and progress your career in conveyancing
