Hours of work: 10 hours per week ( Wednesday -Sunday 9am-10am and 2pm-3pm)

Due to the hours of this role, we are looking for someone who lives close to the area.

Duties And Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who can clean, tidy and replenish our new Self Service Hot Drinks Station. You will open up in the morning ready for the walkers/cyclists to use the self service hot drinks station, making sure everything is stocked up. You will return in the evening to clean and close up the facility. Your purpose will be to ensure the property operations run smoothly as outlined below:
  • Ensure all food and safety procedures are strictly followed according to Health and Hygiene regulations
  • Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives
  • Maintain safe working conditions
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding, property, products and equipment
  • Keep records of stock levels so that orders can be placed when needed.
  • Make sure records are kept of refrigerated food and stock rotation is adhered to at all times
Person Specification
  • Willingness to learn Health and Hygiene and Health and Safety Regulations
  • Clean and tidy at all times
  • Approachable and friendly
  • Able to work under pressure
  • The following courses have been taken and certificates received (provided by South Ormsby Estate) :
  • Food Hygiene level one and two
