Do you have a keen eye for detail and a customer focused mindset? Vines of Guildford have a great opportunity to join the experienced & collaborative Parts Team as a Parts Advisor looking after our BMW & MINI Products. This is a great chance for someone to develop & progress their career within a supportive and progressive dealership.

Hours:27.5 hours per week, flexible choice of hours as long as they are split between core hours, Monday to Friday. NO WEEKENDS!

Key Responsibilities

Our Parts advisor play a key part in our aftersales activities they are responsible for receiving parts orders, interpreting customer/workshop requirements and giving advice on any additional requirements or prices as well as matching orders against stock items.
Customer service is key so we ask that you keep your internal and external customers in the loop at every stage.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Our successful candidate might already have some experience as a parts advisor/ parts sales executive or you might just be a car enthusiast with a customer service background. Regardless of experience levels, full training will be provided.
In return we ask that you are a proactive, motivated and customer centric individual who is driven to progress.
