What are the responsibilities of our After Sales Maintenance Team?

We are looking for individuals to carry out all types of general maintenance/repairs to new and pre-owned Holiday homes to ensure that each home is ready for handover to new or existing owner’s. Taking care of the needs of our owners homes upkeep is very important to us and the owner. You may also be assisting colleagues to create a welcoming environment for our owners. We are looking for a reliable and friendly person who doesn’t mind hard physical work involved in some aspect’s of the role as there is a diverse range of tasks.

To provide excellent standards of maintenance of holiday homes Maintaining an attractive and safe environment for or owner’s.

Completing health and safety checks throughout as per schedules including Fire and Water Safety checks, regular auditing of stocks and equipment.

General maintenance jobs including painting and decoration, Building and assembeling of furniture, instaling wall mounted televisions, adjusting of patio doors and windows, minor repairs and up keep of homes internal and external.

Essential requirements are good numeracy and literacy skills, understand and able to apply Health and Safety procedures relevant to the job, such as: Manual Handling, Safe use of Equipment, COSHH. Experience in DIY/ practical skills with wide general maintenance also essential.

Our ideal Maintenance Team Member will have the following skills and experience:
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous DIY/maintenance experience
  • Attention to detail - we’re all about high standards
  • Full driving license

Hours: 16 to 24 hours per week including Working of weekends, working hours between 8am - 6pm
