Are you an Accounts / Finance Assistant looking for a part time role?

Are you happy to be based in the office 3 days a week 8-5pm?

This company are looking for an Accounts Assistant for 9 months to cover the current person going on maternity leave. You will be working in a beautiful office, with a peaceful feel and lovely views. Working in a team of 3.

As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the finance function, processing invoices, dealing with invoice queries, arranging payments runs, sending out remittances, running reports, processing time sheets and various administrative duties to support the team as required.

You will also be involved in the general office duties such as taking calls, dealing with emails, ordering stationary and taking deliveries.

We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role responsible for the above duties.

SAP is the accounts system used here so experience of using this would be advantageous but not essential.
