Location: North Wales (easily commutable from Wirral/Wrexham/Llandudno etc)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45-5.15 (hour for lunch), some flexibility here if required e.g. 30 min lunch

Parking; Free on-site

Remote working; Yes - 50/50 split between home and office working

Are you a newly Qualified Accountant, or are you currently studying your ACA/ACCA and are feeling stuck in your current role? Our client, as well respected firm in North Wales are recruiting due to growth and are looking for a driven finance professional to join their team.

They support a range of clients with their Accounting, from sole traders through to Ltd Companies and they pride themselves on their high levels of service.

Depending on your experience, you’ll be working closely with a client base, supporting them with annual accounts preparation, VAT returns, payroll, confirmation statements, cashflow, etc.

If you’re newly qualified, our client are excited to bring you on board to mentor and develop more junior members in their team. They’re also really focused on driving your development (whether part or fully qualified) as they believe in investing in their employees and are advocates for continual development.

The firm are a forward thinking company and are already planning ahead for tax changes in the future along with investing in new software and technology.


Requirements

The ideal candidate will have some experience of working in an Accountancy Practice environment. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Qualifications

  • Ideally Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • ACA/ACCA Qualified or part-qualified
  • Experience of Quickbooks, Sage or Xero would be beneficial
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
