Slater Financial Ltd is a reputable, well established IFA firm, based in Buxton and is currently seeking a Paraplanner to join their thriving team. For this to happen they have created a culture where the business remains client focused and encourages everyone to achieve their goals.The Opportunity This is a fantastic chance to join a firm that can offer you a team environment and a chance to build on your existing experience. You will be working with a small team of experienced administrators, paraplanners and Advisers to learn the methods in which this firm works. Role progression for the successful candidate is available but not essential. Full training support will be provided to meet objectives.Candidate brief: -
  • At least 3 years’ experience working as a paraplanner within an IFA firm.
  • Financial services qualifications
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using planning software and tools to general accurate reports
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Strong Whole of Market knowledge
  • Excellent report writing skills.
