Background -

Here we have a fantastic opportunity for a prescribing Paramedic Practitioner to join a truly wonderful GP surgery, based in Sittingbourne.

This surgery offers an excellent working environment that has been built by the long-standing and passionate Partnership over a number of years, along with a dedicated team of clinicians, including Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Clinical Pharmacists and more! This team has been added to over time, with recent additions such as Mental Health Practitioners, to help offer an extra level of care to the local patient population.

This role is a varied one and will include a mixture of face-to-face appointments, telephone consultations and triage. You’ll be treating acute, on-the-day appointments with a clinical focus on Urgent Care and Minor Ailments. With opportunities to progress as part of a close-knit nursing team that truly puts the patient experience as their number one priority, this is a role not to be missed!

Salary - £48,000 - £53,500 per annum + 6 weeks annual leave + BH + NHS pension

Location - Sittingbourne, Kent

Your role -

Paramedic Practitioner, full-time

Full-time over four days available

Varied role with telephone and face-to-face work

Mostly on-the-day demand, with a set amount of patients treated daily

Clinical focus on Urgent Care and Minor Ailments

Protected admin and catch-up time

Specialist interests encouraged

Must be an Independent Prescriber
