Today, operating from our offices in Preston, we help over 1000 people every month to confidently release cash from their homes, significantly growing year on year to become one of the largest lifetime mortgage lenders in the UK.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join the business to provide administrative support for the in-house Conveyancing team.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Assist the Lead Conveyancer in the delivery of legal services.
  • Reviewing and interpreting title documents.
  • Preparing and submitting electronic discharge documents.
  • To progress cases within the limit of their ability.
  • To support the third-party management of Conveyancers.

Skills & experience we look for:

  • Ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Able to handle competing demands in a high volume, fast paced working environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in independent settings.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2 years’ experience in a Conveyancing department.
  • Have an in depth knowledge and understanding of Conveyancing matters.
