Portuguese Speaking Paralegal sought by top tier UK Law Firm for an initial 6 month fixed term contract.

The Client

Our client, a leading Law Firm in the UK, is looking to hire a Portuguese Speaking Paralegal to join them on a 6 month fixed term contract to assist the Commercial Litigation and Civil Fraud team. This role requires the candidate to be fluent or native Portuguese speaking.

The Role

The duties may include:

  • Pre-trial organisation and maintenance,

  • Preparation of bundles and other logistical support,

  • Drafting documents and research memos, reviewal of documents and witness preparation,

  • Various administrative duties as and when required.

The Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:

  • Strong academics (LLB / GDL at 2:1/Commendation/Merit or above), LPC is desirable,

  • Previous Paralegal experience in the litigation department of a well-recognized firm is highly advantageous,

  • Strong interpersonal / communication skills,

  • High standard of written and spoken English and Portuguese.
