Our client focuses on providing the best legal advice and service, ensuring they truly care for and know their clients. They are looking for someone who wants to provide the best service possible, while growing and developing their skills and that of the team. The successful candidate will have the chance to work with a number of the firm’s top clients and be instrumental in the growth of the business. The role-Working closely with two solicitors in the litigation and employment team supporting their caseload.
  • Drafting legal documentation and other correspondence as required.
  • Liaising with and attending upon clients and third parties as directed.
  • Attending court and tribunals to support the solicitors and/or barristers where required.
  • General administration duties as required. Requirements Essential
  • An interest in all aspects of litigation (civil and commercial) and in employment law.
  • A desire to grow and develop the firm’s litigation and employment offering.
  • An excellent team member with a desire to develop their own skills and support other members of the team. Desirable
  • Paralegal experience in litigation and/or employment.
  • Knowledge of court and tribunal process and the main steps involved.
  • Experience of debt recovery and the court process.
  • Excellent IT skills and experience of collating and creating e-bundles.
  • Contested probate, employment, and/or commercial/residential property litigation experience would be an advantage
