Term:PermanentWorking hours:Full-timeDepartment:Dispute ResolutionLocation:WoldsSummaryIf youre looking to build your legal career in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment, then look no further.As a Paralegal within our busy, dynamic, and outcome-driven Dispute Resolution team, you will provide support on cases for a wide range of businesses and national clients with high quality work.You will be working alongside colleagues to provide assistance on a wide range of disputes (both litigated and non-litigated), including will and trust disputes, commercial and property issues and general civil litigation work as you build up your experience and knowledge in dispute resolution work.It is hoped that the successful candidate will develop over time and will progress to taking responsibility for their own caseload.Main Responsibilities Will Include
  • Taking responsibility for files/parts of files
  • Regularly updating clients as to the current situation of their case
  • Dealing with routine and difficult enquiries from telephone callers and clients effectively
  • Assisting with duties including the physical condition, including updating filing, of each file in your designated group, and progressing according to timetable
  • Attending appointments for new clients and meeting with existing clients where necessary.
  • Assisting with other administrative duties including copying and scanning documents, creating document and bundles, file closured and mandatory file reporting.
