We are looking to recruit a Paralegal to join our busy Catastrophic Personal Injury Team in our Wolverhampton office.

Responsibilities

As a Paralegal, you will provide day to day assistance to a senior case handler within the team, and your responsibilities will include

Working to pro-actively progress matters, including liaising with clients, experts, Counsel and other professionals;

Attending client meetings,conferences and Court hearings;

Drafting protocol correspondence, pleadings, witness statements and other case documents;

Review and analysis of medical records, report and other evidence;

Taking and assessing new enquiries received by the team.

Previous personal injury experience would be welcomed, but is not required for the role as full training and support will be given. The successful candidate will be expected to have a strong attention to detail, excellent writing and drafting skills, and a high level of empathy.
