Are you an experienced Debt Recovery Paralegal looking for your next opportunity?

We are looking to recruit a Debt Recovery Paralegal for our Dispute Resolution division in either Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow. This role can be either full-time or part-time. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading team in a successful, growing firm.

The successful candidate will be handling many aspects of debt recovery, including; the preparation of demand letters, the raising of court actions to include preparation of court documents, service of documents, obtaining decree, negotiating payment plans, management of payment plans, enforcement of court decree, to include liaison with courts and reporting to and taking instructions from the client; instructing and liaising with sheriff officers.

We are looking for candidates who have the ability to work on their own initiative and in a proactive manner. You must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a high-level of attention to detail. Successful candidates should also be organised and be able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
