Talented Commercial Property Paralegal sought for a leading firm in Surrey on a permanent, part-time basis.

This is a great opportunity for a driven paralegal with 3 years’ experience in real estate to join our client’s thriving practice in Sutton. Assisting fee earners specialising in commercial property matters, as well as providing general administrative assistance to the team, the successful candidate will prove their excellent performance and client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting fee earners with the day to day running of files
• Liaising with clients and other professionals
• Preparing and amending documents
• Acquisition and disposals of commercial property
• Freehold and leasehold properties
• Leases
• Rent review negotiations
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial finance and refinance
• Option and overage agreements
• Providing general administrative assistance

The Candidate

• Paralegals with at least 3 years’ experience in commercial property matters
• Has great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Excellent IT proficiency
• The ability to provide first-class customer care
• Having a flexible approach, you will be able to work within tight deadlines
